Summary:

Research purposes: The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of acupuncture and far-infrared rays have been recognized by the academic and medical circles. Professor Li Wanzi’s breakthrough invention—“Acupuncture Energy Paste”, an auxiliary acupuncture tool, effectively emits an average of 90% of far-infrared rays, and Non-invasive and environmentally friendly innovative approach to analgesia and anti-inflammatory.

Research methods: First, it is proved that traditional acupuncture induces a series of biological information through physical stimulation on the body surface, so that the local tissue releases adenosine (Adenosine), which greatly increases the content of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and actively cooperates with nerves. The activity of the immunomodulatory axis achieves local anti-inflammatory and reduces the neural information that sends out pain. It is further proved that far-infrared rays can stimulate mitochondria (Mitochondrion) to lead to the production of Adenosine Triphosphate ATP, which actively cooperate with cell repair and tissue healing, and can also increase the transmission of nitric oxide (NO), improve blood stroke volume, promote immune regulation, and reduce emission. Pain signals and activates multiple cellular repair activities. Finally, through three verification methods, it is proved that the invented "Acupuncture Energy Patch" can be used as an auxiliary tool for acupuncture: (1) Since 2013, it has received a number of international scientific verifications to prove that the "Acupuncture Energy Patch" effectively emits an average of more than 90% far-infrared rays (2) It has been certified by traditional Chinese medicine. Clinical evidence of acupuncturists can quickly relieve pain (3) In 2013, a double-blind randomized trial was used to conduct clinical tests on 281 people. The test results showed that after 15 minutes of applying the "Acupuncture Energy Sticker", the pain relief was effectively relieved for up to 15 minutes. 61%; 1 hour after the patch, the effective pain relief increased to 81%.

Research conclusion: The invented far-infrared "acupuncture energy sticker" is non-invasive, non-drug, non-electric, non-substance (extremely environmentally friendly), but transmits the treatment information into the brain through an average of more than 90% of the far-infrared emission rate, and activates the self The repair mechanism is complementary to the physiological mechanism caused by the biological information emitted by acupuncture on the body surface. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners can use their professional guidance to restore the "main acupoints", and then use "acupuncture energy stickers" instead of silver needles. Patients have no restrictions on activities and dietary restrictions. It not only assists acupuncture to promote the curative effect and shorten the process of pain for patients, but also for those who are afraid of acupuncture. The user brings the gospel. "Acupuncture Energy Patch" is an innovative tool to assist and enhance acupuncture treatment techniques.

1 Introduction

The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of acupuncture have been recognized by the academic and medical circles1. Advocating the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and advocating innovative technology and acupuncture technology are the dreams of every medical, academic and technological leader to contribute to human health and well-being. Professor Jin Guanyuan, an honorary professor of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has advocated the adoption of the system theory approach ten years ago, in which physiology, pathology and acupuncture treatment process are investigated under the same framework. Last year, Professor Jin mentioned in an article in "Chinese Medicine Herald" that in order to push modern medical acupuncture to a new peak, in addition to the need for advanced theoretical support, the scientific research hardware must also reach the international advanced level2. In view of the concept of acupuncture and moxibustion, Professor Li Wanzi, visiting professor of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and her research team have been working on Bioinformatics and Far Infrared Rays technology since 1998. Under the strong desire to inherit and develop traditional Chinese medicine, not only did it successfully combine two forward-looking technologies, but also developed a breakthrough invention - "acupuncture energy sticker": it will contain "sequence re-ordered biological information". -alignment) and on average more than 90% of the far-infrared energy is compressed into a post the size of a postage stamp. It transmits biological information and far-infrared rays into the human body with innovative technologies that are non-invasive (no need for acupuncture for external application) and environmentally friendly (no drugs, no electricity, no substances). Paste the "Acupuncture Energy Sticker" on the correct acupoint, activate human nerve fibers and cell information through far infrared rays and transmit it to the spine and brain in an instant, activate the central nervous system, secrete hormones and hormones, and make cells repair, repair and regenerate themselves. Make blood, qi and meridians unblocked, relieve pain and improve various basic physiological functions of the human body3.

2 Breakthrough in acupuncture and far-infrared therapy for analgesic and anti-inflammatory methods

The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion is the response generated by the physical stimulation of acupuncture and moxibustion entering the human body through a specific position on the body surface. The transmission, processing and elimination of interference of reflected information can improve the control of acupuncture and moxibustion, so as to improve the curative effect and its repeatability. Purpose 4. In view of the above mechanism of action, reports in recent years have confirmed that a series of biological information induced by acupuncture and moxibustion have a great relationship with the regulation of the nervous system in the occurrence and development of inflammation. The most representative argument is that acupuncture on the body surface The minimal trauma caused by stimulation causes the local tissue to release adenosine (Adenosine), which greatly increases the content of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) there, achieves local anti-inflammatory, and reduces pain nerve messages5. The above findings fully validate the "Neuroendocrine Immunomodulation (NIM)" theory in neurology. In response to our invention, far-infrared technology is effectively used to activate the biological information after correction and sorting on the body surface, and transmit the information to the central nervous system through different neuroimmune pathways to achieve cell self-repair, repair and regeneration, systematically. Control inflammation to achieve the purpose of improving pain. "Acupuncture Energy Sticker" improves the speed and non-invasiveness of acupuncture reflex information transmission, so that users who are afraid of acupuncture can also enjoy the advantages brought by the 6,000-year-old acupuncture technology in my country. "Acupuncture Energy Patch" is an innovative tool to assist and enhance acupuncture treatment techniques.

3 Mechanism of far-infrared therapy for analgesia and anti-inflammation

Far Infrared Rays (FIR) is an electromagnetic wave defined as a wavelength between 5.6-1000 μm, of which the wavelength of 6-14 μm is closely related to the growth and development of organisms, and is called Growth Ray. It is widely used in the clinical treatment band. Common applications include: wound pain relief and healing, hypertension treatment, mental stress relief, sleep improvement, blood sugar reduction, fatigue relief, tumor heat treatment, maternal urine retention treatment, treatment of children Intestinal spasms, etc. The average far-infrared emission rate must reach 90% or above in order to produce medical value; only with this intensity or above can it penetrate clothes, skin, cells, and create a "resonance" with the far-infrared rays in the human body Phenomenon: vibrational transition and rotational transition 6. If applied to acupoints, the thermal and non-thermal effects of far-infrared rays can increase the electrical conductivity of the acupoints7, and strengthen the activity of sympathetic nerves and the regulation between parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves, leading to dilation of microvessels, which can help activate the elasticity of blood vessels and make blood circulation smooth. Contribute to the purpose of treatment 8.

To gain a deeper understanding of the biophysical mechanism of far-infrared therapy, we can start from two aspects: mitochondria (Mitochondrion) and nitric oxide (Nitric Oxide, NO). Scholars speculate that the material property of "Qi" is mitochondria, and the meridians and acupoints of the human body are tissues composed of cells with more mitochondria9, 10. Mitochondria are composed of two membranes, the outer membrane is smooth, the inner membrane is folded inward to form cristae, there is a cavity between the two membranes, and the central part is the matrix (Matrix). The matrix contains all the enzymes required for the Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle, and the inner membrane has the Respiratory Chain Enzyme System and the adenosine triphosphate synthase (ATPases). Conversion and generation are both the energy sources needed to promote cell activities. Scientists have confirmed the above theory through a rat model of cerebral ischemia to change mitochondrial chloride channel (Chloride channel, CLIC4) and protein kinase (Protein Kinase) genes The expression can affect blood supply and nerve cell conduction 11, 12 , which echoes the experimental results of acupuncture regulation of focal cerebral ischemia in rats previously proposed by Professor Xu Nenggui 13 . From the case of chemotherapy, we know that mitochondria are very sensitive to light energy, and the neuropathic pain phenotype of many patients is positively correlated with mitochondrial dysfunction. The mechanism of action is derived from a mouse model where mitochondrial dysfunction leads to a decrease in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), while ATP-sensitive K⁺ channels reduce biocurrent and transmit pain signals to the brain14, 15. In other words, when the acupoints of the human body are irradiated with a large amount of far-infrared rays, the mitochondria in the cells will be stimulated and then a large amount of ATP synthase will be produced to facilitate ATP synthesis. The increased amount of ATP increases the bioelectrical potential difference of nerve cells, reduces pain signals and activates multiple cellular activities, such as cell differentiation, information transmission, and apoptosis16, 17. In conclusion, far infrared rays can stimulate mitochondria to induce ATP production, and actively cooperate with cell repair and tissue healing to assist acupuncture treatment. A lot of energy and nutrients are required for tissue regeneration, and more or less blood flow plays a key role in individual immune function.

Another benefit of far infrared is the ability to stimulate nitric oxide (Nitric Oxide, NO). NO is a biologically active gas molecule, not only an important intercellular and intracellular messenger molecule, but also a neurotransmitter18,. It participates in many physiological processes and life activities of the body, such as cell signal transmission, nerve repair, pain modulation, blood circulation, immune stress response, etc. (see Figure 1). Inflammatory pain models can mimic clinical inflammatory pain. With the development of molecular biology technology in the past two decades, we have a better understanding of the role of NO in inflammatory pain and its mechanism of action, its activity intensity, action site, action time, gene The study of the expression mechanism19 pushes the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion in improving "Qi" to a more systematic and quantitative research direction, and also allows us to analyze the academic and clinical cases of traditional Chinese medicine from a new angle as the scientific research basis for the far-infrared energy patch. Comparing the changes in the body after far-infrared stimulation of NO production and the efficacy of acupuncture, the first common point is that both can lead to vasodilation and increase blood flow, which in turn drives the transportation of oxygen, nutrients, ATP and growth factors to restore the body's self-healing power. Reduce inflammation and reduce pain 20, 21, 22 . Secondly, far-infrared rays stimulate the release of NO from hemoglobin, which promotes the immunomodulatory effect dominated by macrophages, and increases calmodulin to actively repair and regenerate cells in damaged parts, which is consistent with the anti-inflammatory and analgesic efficacy of acupuncture23 , 24. It can be seen that whether it is acupuncture or far-infrared stimulation, the mechanism of action of both is to control the biological information expressed by the protein and regulate the information transmission process inside and outside the body.

4 Breakthrough Invention - "Acupuncture Energy Patch"

Acupuncture and moxibustion can be used for analgesia and anti-inflammatory treatment; far-infrared rays can treat the same pain relief and anti-inflammation; as long as there is a tool that emits 90% or more of far-infrared rays, it can be used as an acupuncture treatment tool (see Figure 2). In November 2014, Professor Li Wanzi published the paper "Bioinformatics Therapy - Effective and Non-Invasive Acupuncture Treatment in the 21st Century" at the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion WFAS 2014 held in Houston, USA 3, which recorded the entire treatment process of a TCM physician. Using energy stickers containing "biological information" and "far-infrared rays" instead of silver needles to stick to the designated acupoints, a patient with right knee pain due to injury and inconvenience of movement was instantly restored to activity, which proves that when the external and internal remote Infrared has the function of information transmission. If a consistent release rate is achieved, the electromagnetic waves dispersed by biophotons with the same three-dimensional characteristics and the same molecular structure will resonate and start a series of cellular activities. According to the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, the energy stickers should be applied to "Xuehai Point SP-10", "Xieguan Point Liv-7", "Ququan Point Liv-8", "Yinlingquan Point SP-9", "Dubi Point" St-35". After 5 minutes, the TCM doctor found that the patient's pulse was even and strong, but not so fast; he pressed the acupoints near the injured patient and found that the muscles were relaxed, and the patient's pain was greatly relieved. action. The patient's body dysfunction can be quickly eliminated, which proves that the human body is a perfect self-regulating open system, and the result of its interaction with external media is not only the exchange of matter and energy, but more importantly, the exchange of information. 25. 2015 In September, at the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion WFAS 2015 held by Professor Li Wanzi in Toronto, Canada, he published a clinical topic of pain treatment with the theme of "Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine - Combining Acupuncture Principles with Bioinformatics Medicine - Creating Effective and Non-invasive Acupuncture Treatment" Test paper 26. The clinical trial report of the "Acupuncture Energy Patch" and the "Pain Relief Series Energy Patch" is described, which proves that the "Acupuncture Energy Patch" containing an average of more than 90% far-infrared rays has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The actual number of people tested in the entire clinical test was 281 people. The random double-blind test mode (Double-blind Randomized Trial) was used to test whether the "Pain Relief Patch" and "Knee Pain Relief Patch" of the "Pain Relief Series Energy Patch" could be tested in two instant time periods. (1) 15 minutes after the patch; (2) 1 hour after the patch to relieve pain or relieve pain. The test results showed that 15 minutes after the "Acupuncture Energy Patch" was applied, the effective pain relief was 61%; 1 hour after the application, the effective pain relief increased to 81%.

Summarizing the mechanism of far-infrared analgesia and the ancient medical techniques of acupuncture points, as well as the clinical evidence of the past six years, the far-infrared "Acupuncture Energy Patch" invented by our Shiba Potentials Division's research and development team carries the life information of injury. The tissue created a new biological electromagnetic field, changing the electromagnetic wave to make the micro matter show different motion states, and the biological information after these corrections and sorting affects the changes of amino acids, the synthesis of proteins and the cellularization reaction, and finally improves the state and function of the tissue. Therefore, we should pay attention to the research of bioinformatics, not only to find out the reasons for the errors of body information, but also to find scientific methods to correct the errors of information.

(Picture 2) "Acupuncture Energy Patch" distributes more than 90% far-infrared rays to effectively assist acupuncture in analgesic and anti-inflammatory treatment

In the past, scientists in many countries have been looking for the correction of gene and cell wave energy (Bio-waves) in the field of biological information, but most of the methods they use are ultra-trace electromagnetic wave processors to detect and adjust the fluctuations of users' disorders. information. Our team has gone beyond this field. The biological information to correct the disorder no longer needs to be transmitted by electricity. Instead, the corrected gene and cell fluctuation information is transmitted into the brain through an average of more than 90% far-infrared emission rate. When the brain receives and analyzes the new correction information, it immediately responds to the information with different components, and activates the self-repair mechanism, which complements the physiological mechanism caused by the biological information emitted from the body surface by acupuncture. Under the guidance of TCM physicians or acupuncturists, "Energy Patch" can exert its curative effect anytime and anywhere, and patients have no restrictions on activities and dietary restrictions. It is a breakthrough invention of a new generation of bioinformatics treatment technology. Summarizing the experience, applying the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to guide the rehabilitation of the "main acupoints", and then using the "acupuncture energy stickers" to directly transmit the corrected biological information to the brain can maximize the ancient Chinese medicine science. This product is non-invasive, non-drug, non-electric, non-substance-free (extremely environmentally friendly), and the technology behind it can be verified and assessed by an international platform. The joint development with the sponsorship of the Hong Kong Government Innovation and Technology Fund not only assists the process of acupuncture and moxibustion to promote the curative effect and shorten the pain for patients, but is undoubtedly a boon for the development of the academic community.

Bioinformatics Therapy – Effective and Non-Invasive Acupuncture Treatment in the 21st Century
